1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BeeLMS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials (information or software) on BeeLMS's website and platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on BeeLMS's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BeeLMS and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Sweden and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BeeLMS.

5. Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate BeeLMS, a BeeLMS employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
• To use the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service

7. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or BeeLMS cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your online account management page.

8. Refunds

Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered by BeeLMS on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of BeeLMS. Please contact us at support@beelms.com for refund inquiries.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BeeLMS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
